Gold Coaching Plan

The full package, working with one of Mint Cycling’s leading coaches on a 1:1 basis. Regular contact, daily ride feedback and full performance analysis.

  • Start up consultation with one of our leading coaches (video call)
  • Complete analysis of existing performance
  • In depth weekly training programme delivered via Training Peaks
  • Daily feedback via Training Peaks platform
  • Bi-Weekly contact via video call with review of previous two weeks
  • Heart rate and power analysis / report each two weeks
  • Event planning and tactical advice
  • Access to client only discounts with Mint Cycling partners (up to 30%) including PARIA CC, OTE Sports
  • No minimum sign up length or sign-up fee.

Silver Coaching Plan

A lighter approach “work to the plan” a unique plan designed for you by an experienced member of the Mint Cycling coaching team. Contact on a monthly basis to review, feedback and develop the programme. Delivered via online training programme. Will include:

  • Start-up consultation with one of our experienced coaches (Video Call)
  • Complete analysis of existing performance
  • In depth weekly training programme delivered via Training Peaks
  • Weekly feedback via Training Peaks platform
  • Monthly feedback via video call with review of previous months outcomes
  • Heart rate and power analysis / report each month

3 Month Bespoke Coaching Plan

In-depth 3 month coaching plan – If you prefer to work ahead or want to security of having it all planned out towards your major goals we offer a 3 month bespoke option. Your training plan will be produced in advance for you to work towards with plenty of foresight. Amendments to the plan will be done once a week in line with current condition or in response to injury or availability by a coach from the team who will be aligned to you. Contact will be once a month via video call to support your development during the plan.

  • Complete analysis of existing performance
  • 3 month structured training plan delivered via Training Peaks (Online) and seen complete up front
  • Weekly amendments in line with performance, injury or availability
  • Weekly feedback on the plan via Training Peaks platform
